word processor). For most jobs at WisDOT there are no minimum
educational requirements. We evaluate each candidate based on
his/her knowledge and skill related to the job, not whether they
have a particular diploma or degree (unless state law requires it
for a particular position).
Persons with a high school diploma or a GED typically have the
