Public counter (no service fee)
- You may obtain a permit by coming in to our permit counter in Madison. Counter hours are Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Be sure to bring a completed application, or all the information required to complete an application
- Payment required with application
