Laboratory qualification program

In an effort to fulfill Title 23, code of Federal Regulation, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has developed a mandatory qualification program for any laboratory performing acceptance sampling and testing of materials for highway improvement projects including federal aid highway projects on the National Highway System. To fulfill the qualification requirements, contractors and consultants performing the sampling and testing must conform to program criteria. WisDOT lab criteria is similar but not included.
