Electronic payroll training

All prime and subcontractors on contracts let using American recovery and Reinvestment Act funds are required to use the Civil Rights Compliance System (CRCS) to submit payrolls and employment information. The Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) option in CRCS must be used to submit all employee information for the project; you may additionally need to enter employment information for employees not subject to prevailing wage requirements.

WisDOT already held a series of training sessions on CRCS this spring, however, additional training may be scheduled at nearly any time and place, provided a training facility and instructor are available. WisDOT prefers to have between 4-12 people in any session. For more information on payroll reporting requirements, contact Tess Mulrooney at (608) 267-4489.
