24th Annual DBE Workshop and Secretary's Golden Shovel Awards

 

The 24th Annual DBE Workshop and Secretary's Golden Shovel Awards will be held Friday, December 18 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Country Springs Hotel, 2810 Golf Road, Waukesha.

The program will feature information on business and contract opportunities with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). These opportunities include work on the I-94 North-South Corridor, US 41 and other WisDOT projects. Contractors, consultants, business owners and managers, as well as elected officials and community leaders are encouraged to attend.

The workshop will include information on:

  • current and future contract opportunities
  • contacts and working relationships in the industry
  • how WisDOT does business
  • agency representatives to discuss mutual goals and objectives
