Accessing the consultant extranet

WisDOT provides information on the Internet and a secured extranet for consultant firms who contract to perform engineering and related services for the department.

Creating ID/password

To access the Consultant extranet you will need a Wisconsin User ID and password. To create your ID and password, go to the Web site below and then select the "Register Your Wisconsin User ID" link to begin the process:

Requests are processed by the Wisconsin Department of Administration, not WisDOT. Typically you will receive your ID and password quickly, but this may not always be the case.

If you already have your ID and password, then go directly to the Consultant extranet site.

Updating ID profile information

To view or change your email address and other information on your extranet profile go to https://trust.dot.state.wi.us/extntgtwy/consultants/, then select "Edit your Profile" without entering your ID and password. After the page refreshes (you won't see any change in the page), then enter your ID and password and select "Login."

ESubmit

The ESubmit application for submitting solicitation Notice of Interest forms is only accessible through the Consultant extranet.

Once you have received the Wisconsin User ID, read the Using ESubmit page for information on requesting special permission to use that application.
