Sale of surplus lands in Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s (WisDOT’s) Bureau of Technical Services oversees statewide policies and procedures that govern the land acquisition process for state highway projects. Personnel in WisDOT’s regional offices are responsible for actually acquiring parcels.

WisDOT often has surplus land for sale. To find out more about specific parcels for sale, click on the appropriate WisDOT area noted in the map at right.
