Getting TraCS

TraCS automates reporting
systems used by law
enforcement agencies
To obtain TraCS, law enforcement agencies must:
- Complete a Traffic and Criminal Software Application (TraCS) - Form MV3734
- Complete a TraCS Sub User's License - Form MV3744
Send completed applications and form(s) to:

WisDOT's Citations & Withdrawals Section will review and sign the paperwork. Instructions for downloading the production software will be sent to you when the following are received:
- Receipt of your application
- Signed TraCS Sub Users License
- Completion of required training (contact badgertracs@dot.wi.gov to sign up for training)
