Transportation library catalogs

State and Federal catalogs | Academic transportation library catalogs

There are several quality online catalogs dedicated to transportation information.  The most prominent of these is TLCat, a shared library catalog containing the holdings of 20 transportation libraries. TransCat is an initiative of the Midwest Transportation Knowledge Network (MTKN) and is funded by the National Transportation Library.

Other transportation information resides in a variety of shared non-transportation union catalogs or single online catalogs. Some of these catalogs appear below.  If you would like to borrow an item discovered during use of one of these catalogs, please consult your nearest library's interlibrary loan policies.
