Safe Routes to School - Surveys

Use the following tools to better understand the behaviors and attitudes of parents and children about walking and biking to school.

The National Center for Safe Routes to School has developed a new tool allowing communities to enter data on-line using the “Data Tools” program. This program is available at www.saferoutesinfo.org/data-central.

Or, communities can send completed forms to the National Center’s Centralized Data Entry Program. Forms must be submitted along with appropriate cover sheets to the address specified on the cover sheet instructions form. The cover sheets are necessary for they provide information that allows the National Center to properly store data from the survey forms in their on-line database and local programs to access that data.
