Tribal Transportation for Elders
The Governor’s biennial budget includes an appropriation under s. 85.215 Wis. Stats. to fund Tribal Transportation for Elders. All federally recognized tribes or bands are eligible to receive these grant funds. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), in collaboration with the Tribal Aging Units, developed an 85.215 grant application to distribute these funds.
2015 application materials
Below are links to the grant application and budget forms to apply for 85.215 grant funds. 2015 applications are due December 31, 2014.
Annual (calendar year) financial reports are due by March 15, 2015.
Semi-annual reports are due March 1 (July – December data) and August 15 (January – June data). Please use the general form linked below and fill in for all appropriate projects. If you have more projects than the form allows, please complete additional report forms.
