Improvements on I-94 to begin in Eau Claire County

A $34 million contract to improve I-94 between Mallard Road and County NN in Eau Claire County started this week. Beginning tomorrow, I-94 traffic will be bidirectional in the westbound lanes, with one lane in each direction. Traffic will remain bi-directional until May 25. Mallard Road will be closed to traffic March 12 — May 25.

The project has a completion date of November 9, 2013.
