DMV expanded service centers are open for business

Each center offers 20 hours of driver license and ID card service each week

Additional DMV service centers opened the end of January and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Northwest Region would like to remind the public to take advantage of these additional locations and extra hours for your convenience.

The 2011-13 biennial budget provided financing for centers in every county in Wisconsin. The additional centers provide drivers license, skills testing and identification card services.

The additional centers in counties in the southern half of the region include:

  • Buffalo – 407 S. 2nd Street, Alma – Monday and Wednesday 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Clark – 400 Hewett Street, Neillsville – Monday and Wednesday 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Dunn – 393 Red Cedar Street, Suite 7, Menomonie – Monday and Wednesday 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Eau Claire – State Office Building, 718 W. Clairemont Avenue – Tuesday and Thursday 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Jackson – 618 E Highway 54, Black River Falls – Monday and Wednesday 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Pepin – 116 West Main Street, Durand – Tuesday and Thursday 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Pierce – 179 East Main Street, Ellsworth – Tuesday and Thursday 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Trempealeau – City Center, 18620 Hobson Street, Whitehall – Tuesday and Thursday 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
