Meeting scheduled for US 45 construction in village of Eden

(Green Bay) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region in Green Bay is announcing a public information meeting to discuss the proposed reconstruction of US 45 in the village of Eden in Fond du Lac County. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 12 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Eden Village Hall, 104 Pine Street, Eden, WI 53019. A short presentation will be made at 5:10 p.m.
The project is scheduled to be constructed in 2017. Project limits are from Elm Street to the near the northern limits of the village of Eden.
The meeting will follow an open house format. Property owners, businesses and persons interested in the project are encouraged to attend as convenient during the project times listed. Maps showing the proposed improvements will be on display and WisDOT representatives will be on hand to discuss the projects on an individual basis.
US 45 will be detoured during construction, though access to businesses and residences will be maintained throughout the project.
The Eden Village Hall is handicap accessible. Citizens who are deaf or hard of hearing and require an interpreter may request one by contacting Todd Waldo at least three working days prior to the meeting.
