Public meeting for I-90 reconstruction in La Crosse County

A public information meeting will occur on Thursday, April 12 to discuss the reconstruction of I-90 from Round Lake (west of French Island) to Theater Road (east of the WIS 157 interchange) in La Crosse County. The meeting will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Logan Middle School, 1450 Avon Street, La Crosse, WI 54603.

Improvements include replacing pavement on I-90; reconfiguring/reconstructing the I-90/US 53/WIS 35 (Exit 3) interchange; and reconstructing US 53/WIS 35 between Livingston Street (south of I-90) and Elm Street (north of I-90).

Construction is currently scheduled for fall 2013 until 2016.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, provide input and ask questions concerning this project.
