Governor Walker approves WIS 15 improvements in Greenville
April 12, 2012
Roundabout being built at WIS 15 and County CB
(Green Bay) As part of his efforts to create jobs and make sure Wisconsin is open for business, Governor Scott Walker recently signed an approximately $2 million contract to build a multi-lane roundabout at the intersection of WIS 15 and County CB in the town of Greenville beginning Monday, April 13. The project is scheduled for completion in September.
General contractor for the project is LaLonde Contractors, Inc., Milwaukee, WI.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region project will provide a safer intersection and a controlled access point for the development of the town of Greenville’s business park on the north side of WIS 15.
Outagamie County will also be reconstructing the intersection of County GV and CB concurrent with WisDOT’s project. Both intersections will be closed, but access to businesses will be maintained. The detour for WIS15 will be US 41, WIS 96, WIS 76, and WIS 15.
