Marathon County X lane closures begin next week

Motorists can expect to encounter delays

Motorists can expect to encounter northbound lane closures on Marathon County X/Camp Phillips Road in the village of Weston, south of the WIS 29 eastbound on ramp, beginning Monday, May 14.

The closures are necessary for crews repairs the concrete pavement. Lane widths will be restricted to 12 feet during the closures.

Work is scheduled for completion by the end of the day Friday, May 25. The schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions and construction status.

Motorists should be alert for slow moving vehicles near the work zones and are encouraged to seek alternate routes. Delays can be expected during peak travel times.
