Utility work to close I-94 this week

On Wednesday, July 18, Xcel Energy will complete work to relocate overhead power lines north of the I-94 bridge over County HH at Foster. I-94 will be closed while they complete the relocation project.

The work will begin at 9 a.m. and be completed by 3 p.m. Traffic will be redirected through the interchange via the ramps. Staff from the Wisconsin State Patrol will be directing traffic at that location.

County HH will be closed to through traffic during the I-94 closure. Traffic will be allowed to exit off I-94 at Foster, but will not be allowed to re-enter and will be directed to follow the alternate route.
