US 10 eastbound ramp to northbound I-39 in Portage County scheduled to close Monday

Local motorists advised to plan ahead, allow more travel time to avoid delays

On Monday, August 6, crews plan to close the eastbound US 10 ramp to northbound I-39 (north of Stevens Point). The closure is necessary for crews to complete concrete pavement repair.
 
During the closure, eastbound US 10 traffic traveling north on I-39 will be detoured north on WIS 34 to I-39. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow for more travel time to avoid delays, or take a different route. The remaining three interchange ramps will be open during to traffic during the pavement repair operations.   
 
Work is scheduled for completion by the end of the day on Thursday, August 9. The schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions and construction status.
