I-39/US 51 southbound lane closure scheduled in Stevens Point next week

Crews plan to close the left lane of southbound I-39/US 51 between the Little Plover River and the I-39/US 10/WIS 66 interchange in Stevens Point for approximately three days beginning Tuesday, September 18.

The lane closure is necessary so crews can repair beam guard.

Motorists are reminded to drive with caution in the work zone and be alert for slow moving vehicles. Work is expected to be completed before the end of the day Thursday, September 20.
