Watertown DMV Customer Service Center is moving to West Street

September 18, 2012

New site will better meet the needs of customers in the area

After serving customers for many years at its present location on South Third Street, the Watertown DMV Customer Service Center will close its doors on Wednesday, September 26. A new facility, located at 810 West Street, will open at 7 a.m. on Monday, October 1. Located about a mile from the South Third Street location, the new facility offers customers more room and easier access.

Opens: Monday, October 1

Address: 810 West Street, Watertown, Wisconsin

Hours: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday

Please note that the Watertown DMV Customer Service Center only processes driver license, identification card and disabled parking transactions. It is unable to process vehicle-related transactions such as titles or registration renewals. The DMV would like to remind all customers that many services such as license plate registration renewal and vehicle titling do not require a trip to a customer service center and can be handled online, through the mail or by other third-party service providers. For more information, check the Wisconsin DMV online.
