Roundabout opening at WIS 55 and WIS 114 in Calumet County

Intersection will be open Tuesday morning

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region in Green Bay is announcing the roundabout at WIS 55 and WIS 114 in Calumet County will be open by 6 a.m. Tuesday, September 25. The intersection had been closed since June.

The $2 million roundabout project included asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, storm sewer, curb and gutter, pavement marking, permanent signing, lighting, and landscaping. Roundabouts move traffic more safely and efficiently than the more traditional intersections they replace.
