One-week closure of WIS 73 in town of Seneca scheduled to begin October 1

Motorists will be detoured

A section of WIS 73 in the town of Seneca, approximately 2.2 miles northwest of WIS 13/34 (Riverview Expressway), Wood County, is scheduled to close beginning Monday, October 1.

The closure is necessary for WE Energies to excavate and inspect a gas pipeline crossing.

During the closure, motorists will be detoured via WIS 186, County HH (Vesper), County F, and West Grand Avenue (WIS 73). Work is scheduled for completion by the end of the day Monday, October 8.

The work and closure are subject to change based on favorable weather and construction status.
