Public meeting set for Beltline improvements

October 23, 2012

A public information meeting will be held October 30 for improvements to US 12/14 (Beltline) between Terrace Avenue and Old Sauk Road in Middleton and Madison. The meeting will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Middleton-Cross Plains School District Administrative Center Gymnasium, 7106 South Avenue, Middleton. A brief presentation will be made at 5:30 p.m.

Information presented at the meeting will include current project area issues, proposed improvements, and project schedule. Project staff will be available to answer questions throughout the evening. Specific project details to be presented at the meeting include interchange improvements at Greenway Boulevard, ramp improvements for Old Sauk Road, property impacts and real estate acquisition, and potential environmental impacts.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, provide input and ask questions concerning this project.
