I-39 maintenance work scheduled next week in Portage County

Motorists can expect to encounter single lane closures on I-39 in Portage County between WIS 54 (Plover) and US 10 east (Stevens Point) beginning Tuesday, December 18. The lane closures are necessary for crews to perform routine pavement maintenance. Motorists may also encounter flagging operations on the interchange ramps with Portage County B and US 10 east.

Work is scheduled for completion by the end of the day on Wednesday, December 19. The schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions and construction status.
