Third public information meeting scheduled for WIS 73 project, Dane County

Preliminary design to be presented at meeting

A public information meeting will occur on Wednesday, January 23 to discuss the proposed project on WIS 73 between Pierce Road and US 12/18 in Dane County. The meeting will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at Town of Christiana Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523.

The preliminary design will be presented and the public will have the opportunity to provide input. Maps of the proposed improvements will be on display. WisDOT staff and representatives will be available to discuss the project on an individual basis.

The proposed project will address roadway deficiencies along the corridor including poor pavement conditions, drainage issues, and safety concerns at intersections. Proposed improvements include upgrades to existing pavement and improving intersections and shoulders along WIS 73.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, provide input and ask questions regarding this project.
