Public meeting for US 151 pavement replacement, Iowa County

Construction scheduled for 2016

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Southwest Region in Madison will hold a public information meeting to discuss construction for the pavement replacement of US 151 from WIS 23 to US 18 in Iowa County. The meeting is scheduled from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on March 13 at the Dodgeville City Hall, 100 E. Fountain Street.

The focus of this meeting is to discuss the project details and how the construction staging, including the temporary closures of the WIS 23 and US 18 interchanges, will impact local residents. Construction is currently scheduled to begin in 2016.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, provide input and ask questions concerning this project. Maps showing the proposed improvement alternatives will be on display. WisDOT representatives will be available to discuss the project on an individual basis.
