US 41 Project lane closures for February 25 to March 1

Traffic restrictions in Brown and Winnebago counties
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region in Green Bay is announcing US 41 Project lane restrictions for February 25 to March 1 in Brown and Winnebago counties. Drivers should to be aware of 11-foot wide lanes and reduced speed limits in both counties and remember to use caution while traveling through any work zone.
Details of all closures are included below.
Winnebago County
US 41
The majority of 12 miles of highway, from 9th Avenue to Breezewood Lane, has
restricted shoulders and lane widths. The speed limit on US 41 between 9th Avenue and US 45 is
reduced to 55 mph in both directions.
Brown County
US 41
Drivers will encounter 11-foot travel lanes and reduced shoulders in multiple
locations along a 10-mile segment of highway. The speed limit is reduced to 55 mph from just south
of Scheuring Road to I-43. Drivers can expect a full overnight closures of eastbound and westbound
Memorial Drive, between Village Court and Vincent Road under US 41, Wednesday, February 27 from 6
p.m. to 7 a.m. for bridge deck demolition. Drivers are advised to seek alternative routes.
WIS 29
Drivers should anticipate a full overnight closure on the northbound US 41 off-ramp
to WIS 29 on Tuesday, February 26 between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. In addition, there will be
overnight single lane closures on the northbound US 41 off-ramp to WIS 29 on Thursday, February 28,
between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.
All lane restrictions and work operations are weather-dependent and subject to change.
