Single WIS 29 eastbound lane closure scheduled next week in Marathon County

Crews are planning a single, daytime lane closure on eastbound WIS 29 between Marathon County F and County E north, east of Abbotsford, on Tuesday, March 5.

The lane closure is necessary for crews to remove contaminated (diesel fuel) soil from the median.

Work is scheduled for completion by the end of the day Tuesday, March 5. The schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions. Motorists are reminded to drive with caution in the work zone and be alert for slow moving vehicles.
