Reminder: Overnight, full closure of US 41 tonight in Brown County

Closures necessary for traffic switch, tub girder placement
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region in Green Bay is reminding motorists US 41 will be closed in Brown County overnight, June 5, for tub girder erection at the I-43 and US 41 interchange. Detour and times are:
FULL CLOSURE of northbound US 41 between Velp Avenue and northbound I-43 tonight,
June 5, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Traffic will be detoured as follows:
- Northbound US 41 traffic will be detoured off at Velp Avenue, take Velp Avenue east to Atkinson Drive, follow Atkinson Drive north to northbound I-43 and take northbound I-43 to northbound US 41.
FULL CLOSURE of southbound US 41 between Lineville Road and Velp Avenue tonight,
June 5, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic will be detoured as follows:
- Southbound US 41 traffic will be detoured off at Lineville Road, take Lineville Road west to Velp Avenue, and follow Velp Avenue south to southbound US 41.
