US 10 eastbound to open July 3 in Manitowoc County

Project complete ahead of schedule

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region in Green Bay is announcing 1.6-mile stretch of US 10 eastbound from just past the I-43/US 10 east interchange to County Road R (Rapids Road) in Manitowoc County will open July 3. The project began in April and is being completed seven weeks ahead of schedule.

Work on US 10 included concrete base patching, reconstructing inlets, paving, storm sewer, signing and pavement marking. The I-43/US 10 east interchange also underwent resurfacing and base-patching of all ramps. The interchange opened last month.
