Fall 2012-Summer 2013 - Phase 1 (Reardon Rd.–Vinburn Rd.), Stage 1 continued, traffic on existing US 51
June 10-Sept. 27, 2013 - Phase 1 (Reardon Rd.–Vinburn Rd.), Stages 1 and 2, Windsor Rd. detour
- Windsor Rd. will not be detoured until after the end of the spring school semester, approximately June 7, 2013
Summer-Fall 2013 - Phase 1 (Reardon Rd.–Vinburn Rd.), Stage 2, traffic on the new northbound US 51 lanes
Aug. 2013 - Phase 2 (Vinburn Rd.-County V), letting scheduled
Fall 2013-Spring 2014 - Phase 1 (Reardon Rd.–Vinburn Rd.), Stage 3, traffic on all newly constructed roadways and ramps
Nov. 27, 2013 – Phase 1 (Reardon Rd.–Vinburn Rd.), Stages 2 and 3, all newly constructed roadways and ramps will be open to traffic

2014
