WIS 96 (Wrightstown and Greenleaf) - Environmental documents
The Environmental Assessment documents the project study limits from County U/County DD intersection on the west and the WIS 96/County D intersection on the east along WIS 96.
WisDOT has identified Alternative 1 as its preferred alternative because it provides the best balance between addressing the project’s key need factors (wider facility, flatter bridge grade, better horizontal and vertical alignment east of the Fox River, safer and more efficient intersections at Fair Street and Broadway Street) and limiting commercial and residential impacts.
The Environmental Report documents the project study limits on WIS 96 from Fox River to Breckenridge Falls Road.

WisDOT environmental information
WisDOT projects and construction sometimes change the natural environment around a project area. To minimize the effects of road construction and development WisDOT works to reduce change to the natural environment and leads several efforts to restore project areas.
