WIS 190 (Capitol Drive) Corridor - Environmental documents

Environmental Assessment (EA)

• EA will be prepared.
• Documents the need for proposed improvements, alternatives considered and impacts.
• Required by national and Wisconsin environmental policy acts for projects with potentially significant social, economic, natural resource and other impacts.

Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is lead agency for the EA, which will be prepared in accordance FHWA guidelines.

EA scheduled for public review/comment summer 2012.
