• Stage 1 – Expand the existing roadway to the north
• Stage 2 – Shift traffic to the north on the newly expanded roadway and reconstruct the south half of the roadway
• Stage 3 – Shift traffic to the south on the newly reconstructed roadway and reconstruct the north half of the roadway
• Stage 4 - Complete median island
