Prior to the current EIS study, a Needs Assessment (NA) and Traffic, Safety and Needs Identification Analysis (TSNIA) Study was completed for the corridor.

Traffic, Safety and Needs Identification Analysis (TSNIA)

TSNIA corridor study conducted to develop long-term planning alternatives to address issues identified in the Needs Assessment. Completed in 2012.

Needs Assessment (NA)

NA conducted to identify corridor deficiencies and needs, completed in 2003.
