Coordination Plan (CP) and Impact Analysis Methodology (IAM)

Updated SAFETEA-LU section 6002 Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) Coordination Plan (CP) and final Impact Analysis Methodology (IAM) are available for public viewing.

The following documents are in Adobe PDF PDF format.
(Note: Some files are large and may take longer to download depending on individual connection speeds. Users may need to zoom in to see details.)

The lead agencies for the project, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will use the CP document to interact with the public and other agencies and to inform the public and other agencies of how that interaction will be accomplished. The CP is meant to promote an efficient and streamlined process through coordination, scheduling, and early resolution of issues.

The purpose of the IAM is to communicate and document the lead agencies’ approach to analyzing impacts of the proposed transportation project. The IAM is intended to promote an efficient and streamlined process and early resolution of concerns or issues.
