      • Stoughton bypass – Alternative B includes the Stoughton Bypass. The Stoughton Bypass is comprised of a four-lane divided urban roadway on existing US 51, WIS 138 to County B; a four-lane expansion of County B, US 51 to County N, on one of two possible alignments; along with different alternative routes for a four-lane roadway east of County N that connect back to US 51 east of Stoughton.
