• Winter 2012/spring 2013 - DRAFT EIS (DEIS) anticipated to be completed
• Winter 2012/spring 2013 - Public hearing on DEIS anticipated

Future (next year and beyond)

• Spring 2013 - Selection of preferred alternative anticipated
• Spring 2014 - Final EIS (FEIS) anticipated to be completed
• Summer 2014 - Anticipate Record of Decision (ROD) and completion of study
