  • Yes. Construction to be staged to maintain two travel lanes in both directions for Fish Hatchery Rd. traffic the majority of the time.

Will construction cause traffic delays?

  • Yes. Minor traffic delays are expected.
  • Construction to be staged to minimize impacts to traffic, and to include construction during nighttime and off peak hours.

Will access to businesses be maintained?

  • Yes. Access to be maintained during business hours.
  • Contractor to coordinate with business owners regarding temporary driveway closures when required by construction activities with at least one access to remain open.

Will there be better accommodations for pedestrians and bicyclists?

  • Yes. Fish Hatchery Rd. and the bridge to be widened to accommodate sidewalks on both sides.
  • Designated bicycle lanes to be added to both sides of roadway.
