US 14 Corridor Study (Oregon to Janesville) - Need/purpose

Why is this project needed?

The study will enable US 14 to be analyzed as one system in the context of safety, current and future land use, access and operational efficiency.

Improvement recommendations will focus on maximizing the existing highway’s useful life to delay the need for expansion or relocation and preserve the investment in the current roadway.
