• Mar. 2002 - Final Environmental Impact Study (FEIS) approved and final recommendations made

1999 - 2000

• Oct. 2000 - Transportation Planning Commission (TPS) does not recommend funding approval
• Aug. 2000 - TPC hearing in Madison
• Feb. 2000 - Draft EIS (DEIS) approved
• July 1999 to December 2000 - 13 meetings with project advisory group, public, city and county officials
• Spring 1999 - EIS started

1994-1996

• Oct. 1996 - Study published and distributed
• Jan. 1995 to June 1996 - 15 meetings with project advisory group, public, city and county officials
• Nov. 1994 - Feasibility study begins
