The State of Wisconsin investigates dangerous consumer products and educates consumers about them, providing advice to consumers on many topics.

CarSeat.org provides up-to-date seat belt and child safety seat recalls and replacement parts information.

The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration also maintains an auto safety hotline and Web site where you can get updated data on vehicle safety related defects, recalls and other helpful information.
