Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP)
The primary goal of this federally funded program is to reduce the number and severity of crashes and hazardous material spills involving large trucks. State Patrol pursues this goal through inspection, enforcement and educational outreach activities.
Educational and Technical Assistance Package
