Proposed end dates are estimates. A number of issues may delay the completion of a project. (Ex. Severe weather, forest/prairie fires, discovery of endangered species, unearthing archeological relics, contractors unable to fulfill their obligation, previously unknown environmental hazards, construction accidents, etc.).

Note - The list below is sorted by county, then by highway.
