Rustic Road 79

Location:  Burnett County. Clendening Road beginning at WIS 35 and ending on County F.

Length:  1.2 miles

Surface:  Paved

R79 is a quiet, scenic road which is under a canopy of oaks. The well known Gandy Dancer Recreational Trail, used for hiking, biking, and snowmobiling, bisects this route. Clendening Road crosses the Yellow Bridge which connects Yellow Lake with the St. Croix River near the historic Fort Folle Avoine.
